Hope that you got a much deserved sleep... there, Molly!
The Kashi bars that I bought are pretty good. I'll have to check-out the pumpkin spice ones!
Restocking was my mission the other day so I was a bit desperate about what NEW to try.
When I saw you reaction to Cheetos... I cracked-up! My grocery bill was higher too, but I picked basics for meal planning too. Great Minds....
I am a one Season at a time Girl... Christmas!!! Please tell me how you get so much done!

It doesn't seem like I get much done. Have a copy of one of my grandma's old diaries and the stuff she did in a day was AMAZING. Either she was lying to her dear diary or she was more of a superwoman than I remember.
Finally broke down and bought the Halloween candy for the trick or treaters today. (big sale at the evil W place) Hope I got just enough this year, more and more I hate having leftovers in the house.
Personally, I think I am a bit ADD and that must be how I manage to do so many things at once. Seems my brain is always racing ahead or just plain racing. Used to always start my Christmas projects in July and to motivate myself I'd listen to Christmas music. But that was when I had a life (read: Before I Got An Outside Job) and could really get things done.
Hugs!

PS...I have a pressure cooker and it doesn't make any taste change in food but it raises my blood pressure from nervousness. Am always afraid I'm going to blow myself up with it!

evil W place... so addictive!!! "Mine" is undersized... wwwwaaaa... No SUPER Store! Pity that I've actually thought that IF some of the surrounding business "failed", I'D get a Super Store!
Seems that you are really pro-active; rather than ADD. IF it's gonna get done...
Thanks for the pressure cooker update. Grandma's Diary... precious! Even if see embellished, having her keepsake must give you a wonderful feeling of being connected!
Hugs!

Let's see.. baby and I managed to eat:
1 yogurt (Dannon Light & Fit)
1 Fuzzy Navel Nector protein drink with my liquid calcium added
1 Meximelt from Taco Bell (look up the stats, not as bad as you would think)
1 carmel apple empanda (okay, so it gave us gas.. but EVERYTHING gives us gas atm.. at least it's burps! )
1/2 c of tropical granola
1 packet Austin Peanut Butter Crackers (helps settle my tummy and has some protein value)
and then for dinner.. lmao..
1 10 oz medium rare steak.. and I would have stabbed anyone that tried to take even a bite of it from me
1/2 c au gratin potatoes
2 big tablespoons of sliced green beans
And since tomorrow is weigh-in, I'm maintaing, if not dropping. I was down to 151 on Monday, sitting at 154 after food AND water today.

way too much going on in my life and the worst part is that I can't solve any of those things between 9:30 and 4pm.....I have to solve somebodies else's problems--in other word I have to work.
Last nite we signed on the townhouse, so now I have an apt to rent and I townhouse to fix before moving in and on top of that I have a project and a test due before the 13, my brother and his family will be here saturday for a whole week...I am depressed already...

Depressed because of all that's going on, or having the relatives arriving?
I keep trying to convince the spouse to let me blow the house up, and we can just start over with whatever is left.
Just seems simpler and quicker than trying to finish cleaning, painting, etc.
