Monday Eats
Day one of back to basic diet;
2 EAS protein shakes
2 SF Jello-s
4 oz tilapia
1/2 cup broccoli
2 SF Bomb Pops
coffee w/cream
lots of water
508 cal 47 carbs 11 fat 53 protein
Now I just have to make it until bedtime!
Ok I failed
I also ate 1tbsp rf peanut butter, 1 cup apple and 2oz rf cheese
makes the totals
766cal 72carbs 21fat 71protein

Hey, I'm "down" about 450 calories from last week's average! Look How GD YOU did!
Well I'm just keeping my EATS healthier here... getting away from all of the illegal goodies that I've been stuffing myself with lately. Finding Balance is hard, but worth it !

First of all, my gosh you have NOT failed!!!! Girl you are doing good. 500 calories your body was starving and that is why you added more in.. u listened to your body. Even 700 is LOW. I know your doc wanted u to go back to your preop diet but remember you body is used to getting WAY more than this so do not be upset if it holds on to the weight for dear life as it will interpret it is in starvation mode and try to keep the fat on board and u may lost muscle. When we get into "fight or flight" mode the body will hold the fat first as it feels we need this for warmth/insulation and energy, it lets muscle go first so just be careful you are getting in enough protein... b/c from what I see.. no where near enough (sorry my opinion) and might wanna readjust the cals if you think u are in starvation mode after a few days.
You are doing great, no more negatives Missy, ya hear me?!?! :)

Oh and my eats... not good not bad..
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 oz ham, 1 oz light cheese mozzerella stick
Lunch: Nectar Cappacinno protein shake with 1 cup white hood milk 2%.
Dinner: Ceaser salad (im sure VERY caloric.. sigh but so good) and 3 oz hamburger patty.
Snack: 1 low ball monster drink and 1 small square of dark dove chocolate.
I haven't put this into fitday it wasn't my best day but by far not my worst either!
Exercise... hmm went to support group but then shopped at super walmart.. lol. Nothing otherwise as I slept and reocvered from the weekend.
