***Eats and Moves*** Saturday

Hello Gang! Happy weekend to you all!!!  It is gonna be SO nice here this weekend, hopefully it will be where you are also.  My husband and I have been getting some much needed things done around the house since it has been so nice outside and that feels great! Not sure I am ready for winter but I do *LOVE* fall! 

Those of you needing accountability please join Diana,Ro and I in logging your intake, vitamin consumption, water and exercise regimen.  It helps us to all stay inspired!!

I know I am early but I am planning my Saturday and Sunday (I always eat the same thing, just bring double portions to work so I eat it both days, makes it simple).

Eats:

Breakfast: Protein Coffee

Lunch: 2 eggs, 2 oz ham steak

Snack: Atkins Mocha Latte Shake on the way to work

Dinner#1: 4 oz chicken breast and 1 cup of asparagus

Dinner#2: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 tbsp of SF preserves, 1 splenda and 2 tbsp of chopped pecans.

Snack: EAS Shake

Cals: 1067, Fat 50 (only 8 saturdated) protein 121, carbs 30, fiber 9

Vitamins: Will take them all today! Promise!

Water: 20 oz down so far, will guzzle at work tonight.

Exercise: I don't do formal exercise on sat/sun since I am running my fanny on the floors.

How did you do?

Tomorrow will be the same thing for me all the way around food wise, etc...

The day started-out OK... then I, making no excuses here, simply blew-it on ice cream... my first real ice cream.  Luckily, I did not dump (or maybe... not so luckily) for me.  My mood was pretty sour and being around others, who had me ticked-off for other reasons seemed too much.  Now I think that part of my mood might have been all of the sugar... just a different kind of reaction.
Ended-up going to sleep at 7:30... without eating dinner... just some veggies before the meal.
Need to destress... big time!

My DeathClock is still reading within a few years due to attitude!
I know that I might seem "together", but my internal level is way out off balance.
I NEED to SMILE again!!!
