...you will have to initiate a Subject / New Post.  It seems to be added to the Member List for this Surgery Date (seen in the left column of this page), you'll need to "reactivate" yourself.  Responding to another person's post does not include you into the listing.

A simple Posted topic and brief message will do it!  Hope that you will see the value of being listed here.  It is a quick reference and easy way to contact friends.
