Well I guess I will start today........
I haven't been doing well at this at all lately, all the old habits are creeping back in and it just seems like I can't get enough to eat anymore. I eat something about every 1 1/2 to 2 hours I'm not going to the gym like I need to ect....... I could go on and on. I just never could understand WHY I can't do what I need to do do keep the weight off. I feel totally disgusted with myself everytime I eat when I am not hungry and things I know I'm not suppose to eat too.
Anyway that is enough whining
HW: 340
SW: 330
LW: 179 (this is the lowest weight I got to)
CW: 183

Hey, Melissa....you need to see my dietician!!!! She WANTS us (my surgeon's patients) to eat every 2 hours. For real...how is that for a no-guilt lifestyle? The hard part for me is quitting when I get to my calorie limit for the day and making good choices on what I put in my mouth. I totally understand your frustration with knowing we aren't supposed to be doing something but doing it anyway. We're human, darn it!

Not enough improvement but at least it wasn't upwards. Sigh....

Marketing alone is against US...
Checked what advertising has listed on the digital bathroom scales to entice buying...
the weights ranged from a low of 124.2 to a high of 138.7 or thereabouts!
If you figure POST-PS weight... we'd see more improvement, but at a $$$$$$.
Looking at pre-op pics, help me a lot!

I checked here today and was PRAYING no one posted this again this week as I did not want to post this. I am making the poorest choices in what I am eating and not excersing at ALL. I watched the Biggest Loser last night, which modivates me A LOT!! I am hoping this will help me.

Hi, Diana... Me too... I've been bouncing around again... up 2 Lbs. I thought that it was TOM, but he didn't show up this month. Guess I'm truly headed into menopause. I realized that I probably won't dump... after eating 2 bakery chocolate chip cookies... then got really disappointed at myself. Being Good... has become harder than I thought it would be! Glad that you are still fighting the fight... I could use some company battling Goodies!
I experimented with Jell-0's cheesecake pudding mix and 4 NF vanilla yogurts, but there was an aftertaste. I added 1 Honey n Oats granola bar as a topping, which helped. I need variety and the numbers are better than the cookies!
