Hey, Gang... It's OUR favorite day again!!!! HeHeHe
Since I've been such a stinker lately, I'm putting it out there early. My weight is OK.
Still bouncing between a small range of Lbs. Having to increase my calories to keep the Lbs has made for a lot of "what's the best choice" tension; facing the food demons...
HW: 332+
SW: 274
Lowest Weight: 128.5
Last posted Wt: 129.5 on Aug. 21
...then some bouncing... 130.5 - 132.5 - 129.5 - 130.5 - 132.5 (Keep Away from the Scale!)

If you can stand it... here's my monthly caloric intake averages:
January: 1024
February: 1082
March: 1071
April: 1264
May: 1637
June: 1756
July: 1943 (w/ 2 week vacation)
August: 1867
1st Week in Sept: 1977
Well... my "concern" was undoing all of the good eating (restraint) of the past year just to maintain the 4 Lb regain (lowest to current), which has been a mind-bender! I've nearly doubled my calories... something I had planned to avoid, since the "original game plan" was to get used to eating around 1100 calories to maintain for "LIFE"!
Everyone is different, but we do share a common bond and mission: "Fighting Obesity"

CW: 143 GRRRRRR! I got down to 142 over the weekend and then back up.
And this is AFTER having the flu/food poisoning. Well, I haven't exercised except for at work so I guess that is the problem. You know, I am thinking of temporarily abandoning my beloved treadmill (which needs dusting, frankly) and going back to my cheapie little stair stepper that was my first-year companion. Maybe that'd recharge me a bit exercise-wise. What do you think?

What do you think that you ate that made you feel ill?
I still like your idea of posting the "best / lowest" weight of the week to change things-up a bit!
Say one month reprieve on the same ol' .... just use the lowest #... and take that time to refocus on meal planning and exercise again. Glad to hear that you are ready to MOVE again!

lowest weight ever post surgery--116 (sometime in march of this year--boy, did being size zero feel good:)
last week--something like 135-137 (had pms, was bloated like a baloon)
yesterday (wed)--130.5
today (thursday) 128.5---whoo hoo--still 13.5 lbs to go to personal goal but at least i'm back in the 120s

It's so great to know that Lbs can still be lost this far out post-op.
