Scary 'News' at Supp. Grp

Maybe this is just me- but i am only allowed 23 points which translates to 1150 calories (i asked the leader) I am not eating the additional 35 'floating' points that are extra throughout the week but honestly i am not having any trouble with the 1150--
i swear prior to going i was probably eating WAY more than 1150! So far so good.....my eyes are still bigger than my stomach though-today i had this gigantic lunch packed with a 2oz ham and low fat cheese on high fiber bread, a side salad and a yogurt......you must be kidding....i couldnt even make it through the sandwich!

My intention is to go to WW like an alcoholic goes to AA just to keep in check...of course until i hit goal......i have to pay so first things first as they say....

My nutritionist told me that to keep losing, I have to stay at around 900 calories a day.  I'm gonna order the stuff online, I have several neighbors doing it and we can help each other out too.

ohhhh, good to know- btw each "point" is worth 50 calories so i guess i would need to go down to 18 per day then....Thanks for the info and let me know how it goes for you.......I just knew/know i have to do something!

Thanks for that info. I could calulate it that way too then.  I have to do something as well.  I don't dump and I can eat anything!  So I need to keep it in check.
