Wednesday Weigh In on Thursday
You have a great weekend too...hope work goes well. I put my 4's away (the Levi's, that is) since they were just making me sad and feel guiltier. The goal now is to make my 6's looser and looser and then I'll be brave and get the 4's back.
Haven't checked my BMI in awhile, no clue what it is! My daughter, Elizabeth, just went to the gym on base last week and got her bodyfat tested and little thing that she is she was STILL 1% over her max. Freaked her out so she is working on her dieting and exercising now so that helps me too. We are trying to be diet buds and support each other, that is nice. If only I could get her to read the Beck book, but she is too busy.
One of these days soon I'll go to the gym and get my bodyfat tested too...it is something I should know really.
Ya know, sometimes u just have to do that.. put em away. I totally understand. You will get there soon enough. Just keep working at it.. its all we can do.
Wow on your daughter!!! That is good that the two of you can support each other!! Awesome.. a buddy always helps tremendously! I have a couple online and it really makes all the difference in the world.. we check in daily and have for a while now.
I had my body fat tested and it was 23% at a year out and then on the cruise ship 16.9%.. thinking that was OFF.. I will have to have it done again. I want to have my BMR tested again and that is when I had my body fat tested the first time. I may do this at my two year I am thinking when things slow down for DH.. we have to go out of town to do this.. 3 hours away and last time got a hotel.
I got measured at the gyno yesterday.. I am 5'4" and a quarter.. so my BMI is even higher! Ack! I wanna be tall! lol.. oh well. We can't have it all can we? lol..

Jeans can make you very happy OR very unhappy... Put them away if they're bugging you! Dieting with your daughter is a great idea. Elizabeth is probably afraid of gaining since a lot of college students do gain! The Freshman 15 is not a myth! Do you have to be tested for your BMI? I thought that using the BMI calculator at the bottom of the RnY MB home page was good enough! Let me know.

My Mistake... You were talking about Body Fat Testing. Mine was 30.5 in April. I'm still around the same weight as then: up & down... and have started walking again. DH & I went on a short hike to a local "over-look" today that was so pretty and right in our "backyard". It took about 20 minutes to find a beautiful view... with no huffing or puffing!
