Ok, it's another day to be accountable. Anybody else willing? --2 servings nf, sf soy latte WITH a shot of Stok caffiene supplement (crazy, I know) more coffee 1 Atkins morning something or other bar 1/2 cup eggbeaters 3/4's Detour bar 2 banana protein muffins and whippage 2 servings soy crisps 1 cup nf cottage cheese, 1/2 cup crushed own-juice pineapple 1 Blue Bunny sf ice cream bar calories: 1292 fat: 26 carbs: 83 protein: 135 fiber: 25 exercise: 4 hrs at work water: 9 cups so far, a bit behind vitamins: almost all done Great news on the scale today...down to 140 1/2. Woohoo!!! Getting closer! I will be so happy when I get back into the 130's. Hope you have had a good Saturday and have something to post too. Hugs!
