Hi Gang! So how ya doing? Are you battling the carb demon? Are you struggling? If so, post with us, stay accountable. We are here to help each other out.. it what our december support group is all about! Food ~ Breakfast: EAS protein Shake Snack: Grande SF, Decaff Vanilla soy iced latte Lunch: Grilled Shrimp Salad (3 oz) with 2 tbs of FF ranch dressing and cauliflower and red pepper with romaine. Snack: Decaff coffee with 1/2 scoop of nectar cappaccino Dinner: 4 oz butterfly pork chop, small side salad with 1 tbsp each of light french and light ranch dressing, 10 small croutons, 2 slices of hard boiled egg Snack: EAS Shake Calories Eaten Today grams cals %total Total: 1160 Fat: 45 407 37% Sat: 7 60 5% Poly: 4 34 3% Mono: 7 60 5% Carbs: 64 225 20% Fiber: 8 0 0% Protein: 118 472 43% Alcohol: 0 0 0% Exercise: None, went to the doctor for my ear infection, started on anitbiotics, still running low grade fever. Water: GOOD Vitamins PLUS antibiotics: GOOD! How did you do?

Had a rough day, not tolerating food well. Pouch been on the rampage, not sure what his deal is. Pre-breakfast: No sugar added hot chocolate (didn't agree with me, we'll leave it at that) Lunch: 2 oz beef jerky & snack pack of Cheezits (crackers to sooth the pouch o' war) Dinnertime (which actually wound up being lunch): Lemon chicken & mushroom pieces Snack: mini bagel with cream cheese LATE dinner (since breakfast was a NO go): Insides of a chicken fajita from Jack in the Box Water: Way good Vitamins: Accounted for

Entering this a day late but it was a horrid day, mucho mucho mucho stress and fighting at home then very little sleep at night. At least the eats weren't as bad as today. Exercise was just being at work and then some gardening. Got all the water in and all the vits. --nf, sf soy latte --nf, sf soy latte 1) breakfast 'burrito'...low carb wrap, egg beaters, 1 1/2 oz. monterey jack cheese, salsa 2) 2 banana protein 'muffins', whippage 3) about 2 cups of jicama and 1/4 cup lf ranch dressing stress grazing: 2 cups watermelon 1 cup raspberries from the garden abt. 1/2 cup blueberries from the garden 1/2 cup nsa ice cream 2 servings soy crisps 2 chocolate bran muffins calories: 1395 carbs: 133 fats: 41 prot: 89 fiber: 47
