Hi! Well it isn't Weds. but I need to weigh in too and am so sorry to hear you are having trouble too. Grazing is a killer...it really ruined my first attempt at wls and I won't let it do the same thing this time. I am working on it, but it is so hard!!! You have taken a huge step coming here and admitting it and also beginning to log your portions. This is a never ending struggle for us all, I'm so glad to have you to share the burdens with. HUGS!!!!! I'm still not under the 140's and it feels as bad to me as I think seeing the 2 does to you. The 130's were such a comfy fit for so long and I have got to find the will to get back there. Here's this week's numbers: HW: 268 SW: 230 lowest weight: 130 LW: 142 CW: 141.5 hey, it ain't much but it is in the right direction!

Sorry to hear that you are struggling, Amy... Don't buy the next size "up" EVER... It's what cause a chain reaction in me years ago. 12-14-16-18.... you get the picture. Take "Baby Steps" to limit whatever you need to change. Your "overall drinking" habits have been with you a lot longer than your RnY. Reducing the amounts until it is a taste now and a taste later seems to work better for me than going "cold turkey". I feel deprived, which leads to over-doing it. Empower Yourself to Survive! Sounds like you are beating yourself up about things that you can handle; even with little slip ups! Ro

Hi, Amy! How about loggin' in with an update & to help keep things rollin' here? I am down 2 lbs, after eating about 1850 cals / day. The Nut said something like I'd level off at the point that my body realized that it needed balance... something like that, but I can't remember exactly the wording now. I have my 2nd CT scan in Sept sooo I'm hoping that it's just the RnY playing with my head!!! I'm going to weigh-in Today and Monday to see if it makes a difference in my eating over the weekend. I know that I have the opposite problem, but it's still a problem. I still weigh most of my food on a digital food scale and journal everyday. When I was at the beach, I had to journal AFTER the food was eaten and it made a big difference in the Where Your Calories Are Coming From part of my routine. I was WAY off... on a lot of days up to 45% of my calories were from FATS. Funny thing is that with eating over 2000 calories on most days... I weighed the same... BUT had terrible malabsorptive GAS. I hoped that dropping the calories a little might not make a drop in my weight soooo that I wouldn't need to travel around carrying room spray. LOL Anyway, if I drop the calories... you know.... Don't know what else to do FUNNY, but true: I was so ticked-off about the hanging skin on my arms that I put "computer mouse-shaped" bag clips on the back of them to hold the skin tight. DH was cracking-up laughing, when I showed him and said, "The next time I take a picture make sure no one can see these clips!" Hope to hear from you soon! Ro

Ouch, those clips sound painful! But it would be fun to try that on my face....I could hook two of them together with some elastic and run it around the back of my head. Walaa...instant face lift!

Hey, Girlie! Do it and post the pic... that would be something to see! The clips didn't hurt and my arms looked great. The only thing is that I have so much skin that the regular "bagclip" wasn't wide enough to even pinch an inch. I needed the wide mouth clips to get 'er done. This melted candle wax-look stinks! I found out an interesting measurement... Where the boobage is supposed to be from a PS... Yes, I did ask... The girls are typically measured from the throat hollow of the collar bone down 21 to 23 cm on angle, of course! B-I-N-G-O!
