I can only suggest using a digital scale or counting the foods (pretzels, chips) to stay within the serving size. Adding new foods and snacks also seems to work for me, as I get bored with the same-ol'... same-ol' very easy. My other trick is to "FREEZE" it in same snack bags... the IT being anything that I'm going to HUNT DOWN to eat.
I ate FROZEN garlic sesame sticks recently in a mini-binge; not so tasty. Hmmmm...
As for my in the "buff" garage weighing idea, DH said, "Why not use the tiled bathroom downstairs so that you don't get caught naked in the garage?"

Hi Diana!
I am back from vacation and just trying to "catch up". I was SO good the first two days on vacation and then I caved and basically ate what I wanted.. sigh. There were so many good restaraunts that we don't even come close to seeing our small town of 2000 people. I realize more now what a blessing it is NOT to have these sorts of places at my fingertips! Anyways, I think I am up about 5 lbs. I am weighing around 145. I wanted to be 135 by the time I weighed in at the doctor on July 31st and not so sure that is gonna happen. I am gonna do my best between now and then to stay on track.. stay on track with me.. we can do it! I have to work this weekend but I plan to stay very active on here.. it helps me tremendously.
I had a blast on vacation though. I rode go karts, went to ball games, laid on the beach without a coverup! went swimming.. rode rides.. I felt like a kid! Was SO awesome.. if only I didn't pack my pie hole.. dumped many times I just never learn.
