Well after a pretty good loss last week I sure can't expect the same this week.
Yesterday was a HORRIBLE day as far as eating!! I mean it was like all day llllooonnnngggggggggg. So out of couriosity I logged everything in sparkpeople and was shocked I knew I had overeaten but did not have a clue how bad I did do until I seen it in black and white and I tell you it really scares me because I know how easy it is just to cram it in...

The only good thing was the protien!! I am sooooooooo disappointed in myself and the sad part is I still have the munchies today, it may not be as bad as yesterday but regardless i am still munching.
