Psoting before I head homeagain: 1. Eas Shake 2. Coffe w/cream 1/2 c pasta salad 3. lettuce with wishbone spritzer 1/2 c homemade chicken salad 4. lance wheat crackers w/pb 5. 10 shrimp w/****tail sauce lettuce with FF French 6. 5 saltines w/1 tablespoon RF Jif Cal 1018 93 carbs 38 fats 70 proteins No gym, been to tired. Water pushing a gallon and vitamins on track. Questions. Does anyones else always feel hungry? I could ahve eaten less than an hour ago and feel hungry again.

My opinion is this.. take it for what its worth. I would leave the pasta salad, crackers (even though they are wheat) and saltines alone. They will just spike your sugars and make you want more an hour or two later.. also, more protein.. but that's just me. I get most of my carbs from dairy like yogurt, salad stuff and non starchy veggies and low glycemic index fruits.. it really helps me. Good luck! You are doing awesome. Could also need to go to 1200 calories.. thats what I am doing and losing just fine? so its hard to say.. listen to your body though, it talks for a reason.

Breakfast: Cottage Cheese Blueberry Pancakes with SF raspberry sauce, 1 turkey sausage (YUM!) Lunch: 1 can baby shrimp (4.5 ounces) on a bed of lettuce with red pepper, red onion and some cauliflower with 2 oz of light balsamic dressing. Snack: No Added Sugar Yogurt and blueberries/strawberries Dinner: ? going out with hubby later. Snack: EAS Shake. Without dinner totals: Cals 827, fats 29, carbs 59, fiber 8, protein 86 - but I will eat around 300/350 cals at dinner and add another 30 grams of protein and keep carbs low. Exercise: worked at the floral shop today, no formal exercise, getting ready to go to bible study. Vitamins: Good Water: working on it!

Exercise: Listing Eats numerically I eat 3 meals and enough snacks to reach high caloric intake with proteins at about 75-80g, as per Nutritionist. My eating coincides with taking supplements. 6 calcium pills (3 doses as required) taken through out the day, when not eating meals with iron-rich foods. I start with 2 bottles of supplements / Rxs and eat...take pills...eat...take pills. I do have some hunger, but it is not much to talk about. I am more concerned with the %s of protein to fat to carbs to see if my meals are "balanced". I eat nuts not so much for the fat, but because I was told by one of the Drs. to eat some copper-rich foods each day. Plus nuts are full of other healthy goodies. Their fat content also keep the munchies away. Many of my food choices are based on Lab levels... if the level was low, I include a food that is rich in it into my meals. Water is probably the best reliever of the munchies. If my water intake is low, I reach for water or decaf green tea before food. Question... What do you think of the amount of food that I am eating, especially since only 2LB of regained weight has been "maintained" since April? You won't offend me. I think that it is absurd! 1. 1.5 oz "seafood" salad w/ light mayo and celery 2. light string cheese 3. LS oatmeal 4. 1.5 oz "seafood" salad as above 5. 3 multigrain pretzels 6. 1 Laughing Cow light cheese, 7. 2.5 oz Spring mix salad w/ veggies 8. 1 oz chickpeas w/ W-B spray 9. 2 oz pot roast w/ 1/2 oz light mayo 10. 1.5 oz "seafood" salad as above 11. 5 oz green beans w/ W-B spray 12. 2 multigrain pretzels w/ 1 T alfredo sauce 13. Nature Valley Roasted Almond Crunch Bar 14. 1 c. Farina w/ ICBIN...Butter 15. banana 16. mini popcorn w/ ICBIN...Butter 17. Fudgsicle 18. SF pudding w/ 2 T SF Cool Whip 19. NF yogurt 20. 1 Oats 'N Honey granola bar 21. NF yogurt calories: 1820 carbs: 257 fats: 61 sat fat: 13 protein 80

LOL   i am glad to see i AM NOT the only person who eats small meals  a MILLION times per day  lol....i do however to try and stay 1500 or even LESS  bc  i feel bloated if i eat more   i am ALWAYs hungry  i am not sure y.....i went from  318 to 180  lowest was 174 but i gained  i actually gained then lost ganed then lost abpout 4-5 times so far    but i can control it    though i 'd like to hope i can LOL....my protein is also higher  at around 100-140 grams per day....i am horrible about my vitamins  i will change that one day   TODAY  I did talke them  YEAH  for me....
