Wednesday Weigh In
Hey all!! I am all excited this week about my weigh in so I could wait to post. I hope nobody minds.
I have officially lost 160 lbs and I am just beside myself. I do seem to lose slower than others and gain/lose/gain/lose but I am slowly but surely getting there. I am just 10 lbs away to my personal goal that I set for myself thank you lord!!!

I am so excited to be doing this well everyone! I would like to lose another 5-7 lbs by the end of the month if I can to meet the goal my doctor and I made for myself, if not, I am still thrilled beyond belief. I am eating *right* and losing the weight again. We go on vacation next week so it might be a bit of a challenge but I am gonna focus on eating good, clean and spending time with my loving husband and doing activities I haven't done in many years.

Here's a mini news flash... My scale frustrates me, due in part to the softness of the flooring. This morning I went down to the garage, which has a concrete floor and got just one reading! Best of all I did not get "caught" in the buff ... no one came downstairs and no one opened the garage door!

I have terrible about keeping my weight recorded the last few weeks. Need to go back through our recent archives here and see what I wrote down as that is the only record I have! At one point recently I got to 138 and then went straight back up, this time to 143. Big shock and got me working a little harder on eats. Really want to be down at least one or two more pounds by next week.
