Cancelled the internet at home so going to add this before I leave the office. I had not weighed myself in awhile and come to find out I have gained a little. No sh** my pants seemed a little tighter. Anyway here goes: 1. Coffee w/cream 2. 1/2 cup homade chicken slad 1/2 c lettuce with wishbone spritzer 3. SF jello SF lollipop 4. Lance wheat crackers w/PB 5. 3 oz sole stuffed with shrimp and crab 1/2 cup lettuce w/dressing 1/2 cup green beans 6. 4 saltines w/1 tablsponn rf JIF Cal 916 Carbs 89 Fat 36 Protein 54 Water pushing 1 gallon, vits almost done. No gym today...to tired How'd you all do?

Hi Amy, Not a good eating day today, this whole week is messed up and it is going to be a struggle. And after getting on the scale this morning with another gain that is not a good thing! Not going to log this into sparkpeople because I don't want to know the numbers....I know in my heart it is bad and have to do better. --frosty protein shake --lf, sf latte 1) choc. cc pancake, 2 T ff cream cheese, 1/4 cup sf strawberry sauce 2) 1 ww tortilla, 2 T ff cream cheese, 2 sl. turkey bacon, 4 sl. tomato, 1 sf snack pack pudding 3) 2 Heather's Oatmeal Cookies (sf but made too big so these are really more like FOUR) 4) about 1 oz. chips....the evil things are gone now, sigh 5) 2 sf ice cream bars 6) 6 oz. Oprah turkey patty (that Mira-Lago recipe), 2 T sf organic ketchup Have had all my vitamins and extra fiber, also done with my water but adding more. For exercise...it was an unusual 8 hr day at work today followed by a lot of work here at home getting ready for the window guys again tomorrow. (Ah, the never ending saga of the new windows....) Tired and really achy tonight. My ribcage and right lung have really hurt today, even hurts to breathe. I feel like such a whiney wimp. Sorry! No more pouting tomorrow. Molly

Food: B: EAS Cafe Caramel Shake L: 2 oz deli turkey, 2 oz ham, 2 oz mozz, 3 strawberries, 3 slices of banana and 10 blueberries (i wanted to pop! ate at a friends) S: Large SF/decaf/soy iced latte D: Black bean burger salad with my normal fixins S: Protein shake using cookies and cream, soy and PB2 Cals: 1254, fats: 48, Carbs: 73, Fiber: 15, protein 135 Water: Not very good, was in the car most of the day Exercise: went shopping for groceries around super walmart! lol.. that's it for today, lots of chores. Vitamins: Check! Love the accountability everyone! LOVE IT! keep it up!

B: Light Babybel, 2.5 oz "seafood" salad, 2 wheat thins (19 cal); used to eat the box L: 1 c Farina, ICBIN...Butter, 2 oz tilapia, 2.5 oz yams w/ ICBIN...Butter D: 2 oz tilapia, 1 oz brocolli, 2 oz yams, 1 oz mushrooms, cornbread (200 cal), ICBIN...Butter, Spring Mix w/ veggies, 2 oz chickpeas, parmesan cheese, W-B spray S: Nature Valley Roasted Nut Crunch Bar (200 cal), NF yogurt, 1.5 oz "seafood" salad, mini popcorn, ICBIN...Butter, 1 c Farina, ICBIN...Butter calories: 1468 carbs: 190 fats: 48 sat fat: 9 protein 67 (too low)

It is hard being without the internet, but need to save the money to send my kids to private school. The publice schools in this part of Florida SUCK, with a capital S and my children are worth the sacrafice. I was a net junkie too. Heck I even met hubby on there several years ago. Good luck kicking the ICBINB!!

Recount... Forgot an extra 1 c of Farina w/ 15 sprays of ICBIN...Butter! calories: 1605 carbs: 215 fats: 49 sat fats: 10 protein: 70 (still too low... Nut's goal is 75-80g) Lately, my proteins have been much higher than the Nut's goal range so things probably are more balanced... About the Farina... I've been eating it because it lists 50% of the RDA for Iron and take it with part of a Vit C for absorption. It was a comfort food when I was young. Weird... gruel! Ro
