Hi, Diana.. Looks like you had a pretty good day with your Eats! The foods from dinner do not add up too high, which I'm sure makes you happy. Here are my "old" values.. thought that you might want to see them again... Calories: 1000 - 1100... up to 1200 many others have suggested Carbs: around 100 - 120 Fats: 25 - 50... with about 10g of the total from Saturated Fats Protein: 75 - 80, which was based on a Lab test for my 5'1.5" bod... Now...Gag... Here's what I ate today... Calories: 2341 Carbs: 316 Fats: 86 with 25 of them being Sat. Fats Protein: 92 B: NF yogurt, 1 granola bar, 1 string cheese, 10 multigrain pretzels L: 1.5 oz "Seafood" salad, light mayo, celery, whole wheat bread, ICBIN...Butter D: 2.5 oz pot roast, corn bread (200 cal), 1 oz creamed spinach, 2 oz yams, ICBIN..., S: 2 SF pudding, 6 T SF Cool Whip, 1/2 oz choc. chip cookie (60 cals), 1 granola bar, Dark hot cocoa w/ extra 2% milk, 1 c Farina w/ ICBIN..., 15 multigrain pretzels, 2 Light Babybel, Fudgsicle, mini popcorn w/ ICBIN..., oatmeal raisin cookie, Nut Crunch bar (200 cals) I ate mostly snacks today alone and filled in the meals with others. Moody Day! Now... The interesting thing is that DH figured out the ICBIN...Butter spray calories for me because I really overdue it with the product. Here are my totals for the Spray and Spread... Double Gag! ICBIN..Butter Spray: 70 sprays... 80 calories w/ 8 Fats... 2 being Sat. Fat ICBIN..Butter Spread: 2 uses of spread totalled another 80 calories with 8 Fats... 2 being Sat. Fat I wasted 160 calories on ICBIN...Butter! I never counted the spray in my totals before! So today I just used it the way I usually do... and spritzed on an additional 80 calories. I was using the spray like a "calorie free" product! Lots of bottles have been emptied! Here are the Nutritional Values for the products: I Can't Believe It's Not...Butter Spread Serving Size: 14 grams (1T) Calories 80.0 Total Fat 8.0 g Saturated Fat 2.0 g Polyunsaturated Fat 4.0 g Monounsaturated Fat 2.0 g Trans Fat 0.0 g Cholesterol 0.0 mg Sodium 90.0 mg Potassium 0.0 mg Total Carbohydrate 0.0 g Dietary Fiber 0.0 g Sugars 0.0 g Protein 0.0 g I Can't Believe It's Not..Butter Spray Serving Size: 2 grams (10 sprays) Calories 11.4 Total Fat 1.1 g Saturated Fat 0.3 g Polyunsaturated Fat 0.6 g Monounsaturated Fat 0.3 g Trans Fat 0.0 g Cholesterol 0.0 mg Sodium 12.9 mg Potassium 0.0 mg Total Carbohydrate 0.0 g Dietary Fiber 0.0 g Sugars 0.0 g Protein 0.0 g
