Hi guys!!!!! Want to ask everyone to please keep my dad in your prayers, yesterday he was admitted in the hospital bleeding from the colon area. Needless to say we are scared. Anyway believe prayers will help so i am asking. thanks Kelly Also Dr appt for me went okay, had 18 month appt. Dr says I can and should lose about 60 more pounds but need to really work hard!!!!! other then that all is well with vitamin levels and health so ther is were I am. talk to you soon Kelly
