Wednesday Accoutability!

Food: Prebreakfast: Warm mug o' protein with decaff coffee and FF whippage Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 oz ham steak Lunch: Black Bean burger taco salad with all my usual fixins Snack: NAS yogurt with 15 blueberries, 3 strawberries Dinner: 4 oz of some sort of meat and a veggie Snack: EAS Shake Cals should end up around 1100, Fat 35ish, carbs 60ish, fiber 15-17 and protein prolli around 120. Exercise: No time today I had to work at the floral shop so I moved all day there. I have to go to Aaron's girl's softball districts game tonight! Should be fun! Water: Working on it.. 64 so far. Vitamins: Good just need to take my iron and vitamin C later. How did you do? Come on be accountable with me!

Hi Mellisa I start out GOOD and by mid afternoon I fall off the wagon Tomorrow I am LOGGING what I eat in so I will post tomorrow. I have "avoided" the scale this week so tomorrow AM my butt will be on it. Hugs D

Well... I basically had a turkey fest! Why??? Who knows... it was there! I was thinking about your "iron" intake... I eat Farina made with water and a bit of salt, and a good amount of I Can't Believe It's Not... Butter. Farina supposedly has 50% of the day's iron requirement. No much good if you can't eat wheat products though! If you can, eat it without any calcium-rich foods. Moves: Struggled with old cat in shower! Would have been a good idea to clip the claws first, but no harm was done. Naked in the shower with an unhappy, drenched cat... now that's Moves! LOL B: 2 oz turkey, 1 oz mashed potatoes, 1/2 oz gravy, banana, 1Nature Valley Roasted Nut Crunch Bar L: 1 oz turkey, 1/4 oz light mayo, string cheese, 1 oz oat pretzels, banana, 1.5 oz Spring salad mix, 2 oz chickpeas, W-B spray D: 2 oz turkey, 2 oz mashed potatoes, 1 oz gravy, 2 oz creamed spinach, NF yogurt S: 1Nature Valley Roasted Nut Crunch Bar, 2 LS Dark hot cocoas, 1 oatmeal raisin cookie, mini popcorn, 1 c farina calories: 1702 carbs: 220 fats: 57 sat fat: 15 protein: 79
