Tuesday Accountability
Because I am reaaaally sleep-deprived today I am trying to pre-plan the day so that I won't go off the deep end overeating. That is so easy to do when I'm tired and with it being so hot today it'd be even easier. Here's what I've come up with:
1) nf, sf soy latte (was nice and cold!)
2) frosty protein shake
3) cc pancakes, 1/4 cup sf syrup, abt. 4 oz. turkey sausage (?)
4) 1 ww banana bran muffin
5) lunch projection: 1 low-carb tortilla 'blt' w/ 2 sl. turk. bacon, tomato, 1 T light mayo, lettuce
6) dinner projection: mixed salad w/2 hardboiled eggs
projected snacks: 1/4 cantaloupe, 2 cups strawberries
calories: 1083
carbs: 90
fats: 43
protein: 86
fiber: 34
vitamins: getting them in!
water: gotta work on this...only have 6 cups down so far
exercise: 6 hours at work today and then yardwork for about an hour
Also scheduled, a nap and then some Beck reading time. Got surprised by the Big P today so now maybe the chocolate cravings will ease off...I HOPE!!!! It has been really bad.

Prebeakfast: Protein Shake with 4 oz soy milk and FF whippage
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 oz ham steak
Snack: NAS yogurt and blueberries
Lunch: Spicky Black Bean Burger Salad with my usual fixins
Dinner: 1 chicken artichoke/mozzarella sausage and greek salad with FF itallian
Snack: EAS Shake (if i get it in)
Total: 1121 calories

Seems like getting in the water is a bit of a pain, especially if you do it late at night to catch-up on the day's intake.... night time bathroom runs... LOL My sleep schedule is off also.... wwwaaaa
I have found another "favorite", which tastes similar to nut brittle... this one is the almond crunch variety....Nature Valley Roasted Nut Crunch Bar. There is a peanut variety also. Both have 200 calories and 6 sugars... and a lot of Vit B... I'd guess.
This probably doesn't help you, Molly... Didn't you have a nut allergy? Stay Away!
The Jello SF Dark Pudding is good for what ails ya... PMS.
The Dark Hot Cocoa recipe omits the salt, as the Hershey's Dark Cocoa has it as an ingredient. Here's the updated recipe... adjust where needed to suit your taste! Here's a question... If the nutritional totals read Total Fat 2.0g and only 1.0g Sat Fat is listed... Where does the other Fat gram come from???? Hmmmm.....
Anyway, it's good and cheap!

microwave 4 oz water and 2 oz 2% milk
stir-in 2 packets of sweetener and 5g dark cocoa...must weigh... basically it's 2.5 level teaspoons... but weigh if you can to be sure...
remember NO salt in this version!
