B: 2 eggbeaters, 1 oz low fat cheese, 1 turkey sausage S: NAS Yogurt and Berries L: Protein shake with 4 oz soy milk and FF whippage S: EAS Shake on the way to work D #1: 3 oz grilled chicken, 1 cup brussles D #2: 2 cups romaine, 1/2 cup cauliflower, red onion, red pepper, 3 oz water packed tuna drained, 1 oz mozz cheese, 1 oz light balsamic vinegerette dressing (amazing how much salad i can eat in comparison to just dense protein.. always have been that way). Cals are under 1050ish, fats 47, carbs 67, protein 123 Exercise: working on the unit as usual overnight tonight. Vitamins: doing good with these! Water: goal is to drink 100 oz minimally! How did you do?

Farina D: 2 oz rotisserie turkey, 1/2 oz FF gravy, 2 oz mashed potatoes, 4.5 oz mixed veggie salad, 1 oz croutons, 2 oz chickpeas, 4 T Hidden Valley Ranch S: oatmeal raisin cookie, 1 oz pumpkin seeds, 1/2 oz sesame sticks, NF yogurt, SF pudding, 2 granola bars, 2.5 T SF Cool Whip, 1 c Farina calories: 2151 carbs: 259 fats: 84 sat fat: 16 protein: 81

Thanks Ro! It has been a long time since I have gotten through a weekend without stress eating so it feels good! I had a great weekend at work this weekend both personally and professionally! I can't wait for wed weigh in!
