L: Protein shake with 4 oz soy milk and FF whippage
S: EAS Shake on the way to work
D #1: 3 oz grilled chicken, 1 cup brussles
D #2: 2 cups romaine, 1/2 cup cauliflower, red onion, red pepper, 3 oz water packed tuna drained, 1 oz mozz cheese, 1 oz light balsamic vinegerette dressing (amazing how much salad i can eat in comparison to just dense protein.. always have been that way).
Cals are under 1050ish, fats 47, carbs 67, protein 123
Exercise: working on the unit as usual overnight tonight.
Vitamins: doing good with these!
Water: goal is to drink 100 oz minimally!
