Too early in my Saturday to post yet, just got up 2 hours ago *yawns* Wil post tomorrow! But I expect that there will be some "gaspage" going on, as I'm going to a swim party at a friend's house, and I know there will be a wine cooler or two imbided.

Molly... I love cheesecake, but I buy Sara Lee's NY version because the smell of food baking brings on the munchies. One thing that I've noticed is that cheesecake tastes better after it has "rested" / "aged" for a few days. Have you noticed this? I was thinking that a way to stretch the enjoyment of the cheesecake would be to add an ounce of it to NF vanilla yogurt. Blended it should add a nice flavor. Might be worth trying??? Seems like we're all "napping" a lot lately. Also seems like we have our TOM together... or at least the PMS part!!! LOL Glad that you have lost some of the "evil" LBs! Congrats on your Victory! Ro

I slept part of the afternoon, after a case of the foamies from the heaviness of the Chinese (dumpling probably) that I had at lunch. I hope that I don't experience the dry mouth that I've had the last times that I ate Chinese... or any headaches!!! Later, I prepped the meatloaf as usual, but grilled it on my wrought iron griddle in burger-size portions, which worked out pretty good. Earlier this week, I used the griddle to brown honey ham steaks, which were cut from a larger piece from BJ's. The balance of the ham will make a few sandwiches and I've already frozen chopped pieces that I use in a Low Sodium Pea Soup base to which I add broth, veggies, and a bay leaf. Does the above fit the Time management concept??? I'd say so. Tonight I browned and froze 3LBs of ground chopmeat for next week's chili, lasagna, or meat sauce. My biggest time saver latley has been grouping my shopping trips. Local produce vender for fruits and veggies, A monthly on-line shopping for basic staples, BJ's for the bulk products and meats, and an occasional trip to the local market for "whatever" I forgot! Time and budget are big factors! This seems to help. I've been taking short cuts on kitchen time by using the Ronco Rotisserie. Next week I'll roast another turkey breast. DH & I wrestled with the first turkey breast. The trick... remove the lower rib cage, keeping the breasts intact and not exceeding the weight limit of the unit. It was so good. My monthly average was a bit lower than I thought that it would be; around 1900 calories was my earlier guess. Seems the more I eat outside the home the higher the sat. fat intake rises... 10g was my goal. B: 2 oz turkey burger, 1 T ketchup, 1 oz oat pretzels, 1 T Skippy, 1 oz celery, 2 oz Spring mix salad, 2 oz tomatoes, W-B Asian spray, 1 oz blueberries L: 1 steamed pork dumpling, Lunch size serving of shrimp in lobster sauce with pork fried rice D: 2 oz meatloaf, 1/2 oz beef gravy, 3 oz mashed potatoes, 2 oz mexicorn S: SF pudding, granola bar, 2 T SF Cool Whip, 2 Fudgsicles, LS oatmeal Today's: calories: 1482, carbs: 193, fats: 51, sat. fat: 7, protein: 74 Weekly Average: 1799, carbs: 243, fats: 64, sat. fat: 18, protein: 80 Monthly Average: 1756, carbs: 233, fats: 60, sat. fat: 16, protein: 83
