Accountability Friday
Food:
Prebreakfast: Arctic Frap Protein shake with 4 oz soy milk/4 oz water/ice/SF caramel and FF whip
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 oz ham steak
Lunch: 2 cups romaine, 1 spicy black bean burger, red onion, 1 oz low fat mont jack cheese, salsa, 1 tbsp light sour cream
Snack: NAS vanilla bean yogurt and blueberries
Dinner: Probably eat at the fair. I will eat meat of some kind. They have grilled pork chops and kabobs. Probably not the BEST decision but I wanna eat with the family and do the best that I can.
Snack: EAS Shake
1100-1200 calories, around 40ish carbs, fats upper 40's and protein 120's. Being that I am not sure what I will eat at the fair. I did leave room for 10 grams of fat for the fair meat.
Exercise: gonna go run outside today, its a nice day. Hopefully 2 miles at least. Then come home and do some floor exercises.
Water: Working on it. One bottle down so far and the 4 oz in my shake. Not good enough but the day is young for me.
Vitamins/Meds: have 3 more doses of upcal and my night vitamins - iron/vit C
