Tuesday Accountability
Hi Guys.. trying to get back into the swing of things.. eating the same things everyday to keep decisions easy and trying this each week.. same foods every day for a week (for the most part other than switching type of veggie/protein at dinner) I have it printed and on my fridge. I signed and dated it, making me be "in contract" with my eating and accountable to myself.
Prebreakfast: Protein shake with 2 oz soy milk
B: 2 eggs, 2 oz ham
S: NAS yogurt, 15 blueberries, 3 strawberries sliced
L: 1 50 calorie high fiber tortilla, laughing cow cheese wedge, 3 oz deli turkey, romaine and onion with white vinegar and greek seasoning, 4 strawberries, 1 tbsp of FF cream cheese "frosting"
S: EAS Shake after the gym
D: 4 oz salmon, 1 cup roasted cauliflower (olive oil spritzed and seasoned and baked)
will have SF snow cone later if I need it.
Cals: 1063, fats 43, carbs 50, protein 125
Exericse: 2 hours of raquetball with a friend.
Vitamins: 1/2 taken
Water: Not the best.. working on it. Only 24 oz so far
How did you do?
B: Yogurt and 1/2 a scrambled egg (didn't want the egg once I was eating it)
L: Kung Pao Chicken and about 1/2 cup chicken chow mein
D: EAS shake
Dessert: 1/2 c SF/FF lemon pudding, and 1/4 c sliced strawberries
Probably will throw in a glass of milk later tonight for the protein. Not really hungry today, too hot.
Still did not log into FITDAY but this is what I ate
Breakfast-protein shake
Lunch-Turkey pastrami with cheese of light wheat
Snack-popsicle
protein bar
Few peanuts
Dinner-a scoop of chicken and noodles
few green beans
Snack sunflower seeds
a COOKIE
Grapes
Tonight was out last dinner for the neighbors and this is where the HOMEMADE (by church ladies) Chicken and Noodles and cookie came from. Was it GOOD..HECK yes..should I have eaten it..No!!
Hopefully tomorrow will be better..

Busy day here... Appointment with PCP... a bit of food shopping... Weight at 132.5LB
All water and supplements taken. Reading ARCs... "sitting" more... Miss the sun!

S: 1/2 oz Cinnamon Life, celery stalk w/ 1/5 T Skippy, Babybel light, Laughing Cow light cheese, 15 wheat pretzels, 3.5 oz grapes, SF pudding w/ 2 granola bars
