MONDAY...Accountability!

Well, I am starting this again as it worked 2 weeks ago for me and I need to stop picking. Since we had the flooding here some of us in our neighborhood are planning lunch and dinner (12 and 7) everyday for anyone who shows up. I am around WAY to much food and desserts. So even though we are still doing it this week I need to STOP eating. I have eaten more "little" pieces of cake and cookies then I care to say or even think about. Soooo tomorrow is a new day and a new week. I will be posting tomorrow night and I hope you do also. Big Hugs Diana

Have a miserable headcold or allergy attack...don't know and don't care. I'm whiney and pouty but not hungry...WOOHOO!!!! I am so impressed by your neighborhood. What an amazing group of people you are to be doing all that cooking and hosting. Hope it goes well for you with keeping out of the desserts. If you are able, make yourself a batch of Heather's Oatmeal Cookies for a treat you can eat without guilt. Here's today and what I have planned for tonight: --nf, lactaid latte 1) 1 serving soy crisps, 1 bran muffin 2) 1/3 cup nf cottage cheese and about half a cup of canteloupe cubes 3) 3 oz mahi mahi, 2 T salsa, 3/4 cup caulitators --nsa cool caps frozen mocha 4) 4 oz mahi mahi, 2 T salsa, 1 cup asparagus calories: 760 carbs: 54 fats: 15 protein: 82 fiber: 21 water so far: 16 cups Have gotten in all my vits but not all my rx's. Exercise was 8 hours of work. Hard to do on not much sleep and Actifed.

I have a Dr. appointment tomorrow to explain the CT Scan. I believe that additional tests are also to be scheduled. I have been Capital M...oody and looking at medical websites has turned my brain to mush. Ro B: 1/2 oz Spec. K Protein Plus w/ NF yogurt, 12 cherries, mini popcorn L: 2.5 oz pot roast, 2 oz gravy, 2.5 oz carrots, 3 oz potatoes, 2 oz peas + bean beans D: 2 oz pot roast, 3.5 oz peas, 3.5 oz green beans, 1/4 c beef gravy (almost veg. beef soup?), 1 oz wheat pretzels S: SF pudding, oatmeal raisin cookie, 1 oz Cinnamon Life, 1 slice whole wheat bread, banana, 2 T Skippy, 1/2 oz Tostitos, 1+ oz spinach artichoke dip, 2 c hot cocoa calories: 1809 carbs: 271 fats: 51 sat fat: 13 protein: 89

Cheesecake sliver on a knife... straight to the mouth... increases Eats to at least... calories: 1854 carbs: 275 fats: 54 sat fat: 15 protein: 90

Well I have had better days but I have had a lot worse too. I did not log into fitday but this is my eats. Breakfast-protein bar Lunch- part of a WW chicken and green bean meal Snack-Peanut butter on wheat bread 2 (not 1 but 2) packs of pringles sticks (do not buy as they are to darn good) popsicle Dinner 3/4 of a thin burger on 1/2 bun baked beans with hamburger in it (YUMMM) watermelon and stawberrys 1 tiny bite of cake Hopefully tomorrow will be better!!!

18 month post-op today, and getting ready for training I'm doing for two people coming down from Sacramento tomorrow and Thursday, so I kinda forgot to eat today, until I got home. Breakfast: EAS Strawberry shake Lunch: umm.. snack pack of White Cheddar Cheezits Snack: Raspberry Lemon Bar (NutriSystem - 170 calories, 14 carbs, 7 protein; not bad at all actually) Dinner: Lemon Chicken Stir Fry Snack: Chocolate chip cookie (Nother NutriSystem item, not real high calories, and like 6g protein) Dessert: 1/4 C SF/FF Lemon pudding, over 1/3 c fresh sliced strawberries Didn't Sparkpeople it.. but doing an eyeballing: under 900 calories, and about 65g of protein for the day. Little short, but I really did forget to eat until about 5:00pm. So Snack to Dessert is from 5:00 to 8pm tonight. Now I'm going to go finish up my water for the day, and crash for the night.
