Wednesday Weigh In
Wasn't able to get online but I was here with you in spirit and did my weigh-in to be sure to keep accountable. Doing much better this week but still too high for my tastes. I am working constantly at keeping my size fours in mind and making them my current goal.
HW: 268
SW: 230
Lowest weight: 130
Last week: 146 (?)
CW: 136
Can't get to my treadmill until we get the house put back together, I know when I do it will really help. Till then I am doing lots and lots of trips up and downstairs working on the house. What is holding me back is exhaustion, I never get more than 5 hrs. sleep a night and lately is is around 4 so that is sabotaging me. It's just so hard to stay on track eating when there is so much to do and you are tired but misreading the body cues as hunger instead. This should resolve in a week or two I hope.

So glad to see you Molly posting! I am sure you have been in over your head with things with the house. It can be quite tedious doing these sorts of things but so worth it in the end. I would say you are doing GREAT on your eating considering you are down 10 WHOPPING pounds in a week.. I am so jealous! I wanna be 136 so bad.. lol. Send me good vibes!
