Wednesday Weigh In
I completely forgot to weigh myself this morning....
I do not want to make a habit out of forgetting to weigh in once a week because it's an easy weight to loose control of the situation.
Will weigh myself in the morning and report as soon as I get to work.
BTW, I really love your new hair color....
Come be accountable with us Nat. Many of us have gotten back to basics and logging everything again and putting it up here each night and of course still weighing in on Wednesdays. It has really helped me overall.. I have had times where it has been hard but I keep going back to it and I am losing once again. I also hit an all time high of 148.. christ that scared me. No way.. not going back there.. I am back to my diet hard core now. And when I eat on a routine and get ALL my water and activity in for the day.. guess what.. I am actually NOT hungry, this is huge for me. So play with me.. I know you can do it. We are here for you! Hugs! are you walking that puppy?

Soooo I am having a SHAKE for breakfast and I am back on track TODAY. I ate a small piece of Pecan Pie last night and felt like CRAP so I am ready to stop picking again..I did this last week and I can not let the FLOOD ruin what I started.
Melissa I hope you are doing OK...I saw Iowa got hit bad again. I am praying for all of you. This is NOTHING like I have ever been through.

Hang in there Diana.. stress is a buger. I know its been just horrible with the weather and can relate to your stress. I am using a meditation CD 3 times a day and its REALLY helping me. I just love it, but it came with a program I ordered for my anxiety. I decided to try this route before a therapist (since none of them called me back and they are all 2-3 hours a way) so far so good, its not cheap. I am enjoying the exercises, meditation, journaling etc but of course it takes TIME. I haven't been able to get back to the beck book but I will soon.
Hang in there, know that I am and everyone on the december board is here for you and taking you by the hand so u can get back on track my friend... you can do this now.. hang in there. Hugging you close and I hope you can get recovered from all the damages soon. I am praying for you. I too have never been through anything like this before.. it makes you thank God for what you do have and not to ever take life for granted that is for sure. My car is making weird noises as I went through some flood water, will get it looked at monday but hey.. I will take it, better than most people out there.
