Food:
B - 2 egg beaters, 3 oz of ham steak
S- Medium, nonfat, SF, decaff, vanilla/hazelnut iced latte
L - 4 oz grilled chicken, 1 cup mini brussel sprouts
S - 6 oz of NAS vanilla bean yogurt, 15 blueberries, 3 strawberries
D - 1 Joseph's pita with french onion laughing cow cheese, 3 oz grilled chicken, 1/2 cup romaine, red onion and green pepper, drizzled with white vinegar and sprinkled with greek seasoning. Butternut squash fries on the side, about 10.
S - 1/2 medium apple, 3 tbsp of peanut butter (yeah I got pb happy!)
S -EAS cafe caramel shake
Cals: 1240, Fat 40, carbs 100, Fiber 19, Protein 127
Exercise: Ran 2 miles around neighborhood. Floor exercises.
Vitamins: 1/2 of them taken, take the other half here in a bit.
Water: maybe 40 oz so far, not enough.. working on it.

Hi, Mel... All water and supplements taken plus a 3 mile walk; yesterday was just over 2 miles. It's about time!
