I haven't totally disappeared.. sorry for the MIA

We had terrible weather here this weekend. Tornadoes, flooding, power outages and water outages. I had to endure all that at the hospital this weekend. My eating was off, not gonna lie. I was so anxious. Lightning hit right by my car! I was a mess. I got to work 2 hours late and made the nurse I was to follow upset but I coudln't get there unless I wanted to be dorothy in the wizard of oz and then we evacuated al of our patients to the other campus hospital.. it was just a long weekend. I haven't had a chance to get laundry done let alone break open my beck book, but soon I will be back with u all.. just need to catch up on life a tad bit. *hugs*

Nope we are north of this mess. We did get hit by a tornado in our town but no damages. Thank goodness we still have power and water. Mason city, the town I work in and go to the gym and shop at, was not so lucky. Here is a link to some pictures: http://globe1.fotki.com/breaking_news/flooding-2008/ we made national news. Having no power and no water and taking care of patients, its not an easy task. Bathroom issues.. well yeah, it was just that.. issues. Not fun but we got the job done. They hope to have the water in a couple days.
