New Day, Fresh Start...accountability
I was trying to go the gym at night after my kids went to bed, but kept comming up with excuses on why not to go. So starting this morning, I got up an hour earlier and went to the gym. This is going to be my new routine M-F with Sat and Sundays off.
And hear are my eats for the day all preplanned:
Coffee w/cream
tomato/cucumber feta cheese salad
chicken salad w/FF miracle whip
½ ww pita

1 hot dog w/Bun
½ cup green beans

971 cal 84 carbs 39 fats 72 protein

My Eats have been "low value" lately with too many empty calories so that has to change. I did find a good place for my Beck ARC list. I wrote the "key words" to my goals on a Dr's appointment card and put it inside my eyeglass case. Ultimately, I need to "see" something a few times during the day, the first thing I read is the ARC.
B: 1 oz 2% cheddar, 5 oat pretzels, 3 1/2 oz corn muffin
L: "Happy Waitress" on whole wheat (4 slices of bacon), 2 peanut butter cookies
D: 2 oz chicken in reduced cream of chicken w/ veggies, Bisquick drop biscuit
S: mini popcorn, 2 oz % cheddar, 1 oz oat pretzels, 1 oatmeal raisin cookie

Kudos to you for waking up early -You know i was driving to work this morning and i saw folks jogging.....if i could wake up just an hour earlier, i could get it out of the way...it is all good in theory (for me) but we leave for work at 6:30am- that would mean 5am for me.....hmmmm, still a good idea- not so hot in the morning......of course i am in Texas so ---it will be 80 degrees instead of 100......hmmmm......still something to ponder.....Good for you- great way to start a week!
