Sunday Accountability

Hi, Everyone... Flashback to Weigh****chers meeting on Fridays.... friends would weigh-in and then go to Au Bon Pain for bagels, as a reward. Some time later, much better weigh-in day was Monday. Why? We had to be "good" over the weekend with our Eats. Does this ring true? Do you eat more over the weekend, when you don't feel anyone tugging you to post accountability? Is there a fudge-factor in place since Weigh-in Wednesday gives us a few days to "behave" again? Ultimately, I dropped-out of Weigh****chers... as a lot of the focus was on the new members, which was a bit boring. The main reason was that "my friends" decided to keep eating after the meetings. I decided to have a diet soda, which was mocked over and over. Bummer. I went on to find new friends who were supportive of my efforts and lost weight. Do you have "eating friends"? Do they sabotage your efforts? Do you seek them out (and eat for comfort), when things go wrong? Just wondering... cause I want YOU to succeed!!!! XOXOXO Ro B: NF yogurt, 1 oz Spec.
