No Excuse Here... I just ate & ate... Well, I'm stuffed and not happy about it.... just over-did it all day long. Glad to see this week is finished... on to better choices! Ro B: 1 oz Bear Naked Fruit & Nut, 2 NF yogurts, 1 Laughing Cow cheese, 5 oat pretzels, 2 T Skippy, 1 banana L: Wendy's small chili, 1/2 baked potato, 1 oz RF sour cream D: 2.5 oz chicken in reduced cream of chicken w/ veggies, 2 Bisquick dropped biscuits, 2.5 oz white rice S: light string cheese, 5 oat pretzels, 2 Archway oatmeal raisin cookies, 3.5 oz corn muffin Saturday Eats: calories: 2177, carbs: 316, fats: 58, sat. fat: 18, protein: 93 Week Average: calories: 1687, carbs: 220, fats: 54, sat. fat: 14, protein: 85

Trashed a lot of "low value" foods this morning...not enough will-power in me!
