Friday Accountability
Ok--I have to be Accountable First Today....I had a 7am conference call so i woke up at 430am because i was worried that i would oversleep. I was so tired all day - that is usually a trigger for me to eat....kind of in a fog....mindlessly eating all day.......the thought of skipping accountability crossed my mind...but i put pen to paper and i am going to tell you all what i did.
B: Protein Bar
S: 1c eggs scrambled
2pc bacon
L: Tomato
4oz ff mozzerella
s: Nature's Own Granola Bar
1/2 small fries
D: Hodgepodge.....2 pieces Bread, 3oz cheese, tortilla chips, 3oz steak
S; CC yogurt, 1/2 c kashi, 1/2 cup 2% milk
Drum roll please: 1948 Calories; 80 fat grams; 158 carbs; 152 protein

Oh I hear ya girlie girl.. I had two brownies that I made for Aaron's team tonight.. what was I thinking also! No reason, just stupid. I didn't dump either. I just have wretched gas now.. PU
Other than that I had 2 shakes and we may grill out after his games. Not the best day, didn't even log it. Tomorrow is a NEW day for both of us!
Exercise.. I didn't today.. see what happens.. it all goes to heck and a hand basket.
Vitamins: gotta take the iron yet.
Water: Terrible too.

S: 1/4 c chili & nacho cheese, with about 12 tortilla chips (can't wait to log this one.. eww)
L: Terriyaki chicken & about 6 bites of rice, with steamed veggies

D: Peanut butter & jelly sandwich (too lazy to do anything tonight)

I do better on the weekends, no job stress.
Today my oldest was in a swim meet and that usually is hard for me as I pick of concession food BUT not today BABY
Breakfast-Chike shake
Snack- 2 popsicles
Lunch-Protein Bar and Turkey sandwich on wheat
Dinner-WW chicken dinner with mashed pot.
Snack-grapes and carrots and celery with dip (gosh I hated having to use regualar ranch but that was ALL they had)
2 sal****er taffy
Tomorrow I am bringing my own dressing as veggie and dip works WELL at the meet.

This is really NOT bad for me and I am THRILLED. When the brownies and cookies were passed I took 2 pieces of sal****er taffy. The other mom took a BIG BROWNIE with choc chips in it. AND I was FINE!!!

I do have to say I felt REALLY good yesterday. Yes, I took sal****er taffy but a month ago I would have taken more then pieces and when I went to McD's for my kids later I would have gotten something more then a light lemonade and a yogurt for breakfast today. Posting this week and ALL of you have so helped me. I know this is what I need to do DAILY and if I do eat something I should not eat , then say OPPS and get back on track..not wait MONTHS.
My dad is in the hospital so we are headed there instead of the meet. His potassuim (SPELL) levels are dangeriously high and heart weak. He fell down the steps and was taken ambulance. I have been on the phone back and forth with my sister all night so as soon as I can get my Tyler (youngest) from his friends house we are going down.
My dad has not felt well in a while and they found "something" in his groin are on test so he was suppose to get a cat scan Monday. He has had Diarrhea ALL week really really bad. They put him in the step down of ICU.
I might have some questions for you later.
And of coarse my husband in in CHINA.

Hi, Diana... Hope that all is going better for your dad. Sounds like dehydration was probably part of the problem. Wishing good news from the CT Scan...
It's hard "holding things together" when a loved one is not feeling well... so please also try to take care of yourself too.
