Accountability Thursday
Hope it is ok that i started this....want to be sure to get it in.
Yesterday was not a bad day for me....PMS is subsiding thank goodness- it is amazing how much easier it is to resist temptation -when PMS is not involved!
B: Protein Bar

1100-1200 calories seems like so much for me- but having taken you all's advice- i lost 3# this week....so far so good.....
Ah HA!!! ;) Glad to hear it working!!! Keep it up.. no way you can't lose on 1100-1200 calories. Your BMR alone is higher than that.
Ok I had a weird night, I haven't slept at all. I kept hearing husband snore and then I just felt like .. i donno.. mind was racing, etc.. so I started eating for my day at 3 am.. and making it stretch hasn't been too awful bad. Stayed busy.. just hope I do ok tonight.
B: Protein Shake with water, 1 oz vanilla soy milk.
S: 3 oz of vanilla bean almonds
L: Side salad and Power Crunch bar
S: Dannon Fit and Light Yogurt with 10 strawberries
S: Achieve One after the gym
D: Protein shake with 1 oz vanilla soy milk
S: Protein shake made into a warm latte using 1 oz soy milk - cinnamon bun recipe on susan marias site using nectar cappaccino! yum!
Remember all those feeding are over 24 hours... argh.
Cals: 1522, Fats 68 (sigh, dang them nuts!!!), Carbs 80, Fiber 15, Protein 157
Still not bad for me at all considering I haven't slept a wink!
Exercise: Yes I still dragged my butt to the gym on NO sleep! I am really trying to stay committed! Did 2 miles of intervals on the treadmill and then ran 1 mile on the track. Then did a little over an hour of circuit machines. Shopped, lots of walking.
Water: Need to keep working on it... 40 oz so far, not good enough!
Vitamins: Still have my iron to take.

I belong to another support group site also and I saw the words "I have gained half or more than half my weight back since surgery" I don't know HOW many times.... No way girls.. forget about it. That just isn't gonna happen for me. Make sure it doesn't to you either, stay focused and committed. I believe in you.

Hi! Sounds like we are all doing better. My day has been pretty heavy on carbs and chocolate but not as horrible as last week. Water has been great, 12 cups so far. Exercise...8 hours at work today hard at it. Down one pound this morning, whew.
