So no I did not go up or down since last week..nor did I post last week as I did not want to admitt I was up BUT this week it is about ME being HONEST with ME so I am posting!!
We have had STORMS here ALL night and today it is storming again so I am not sure I will get to the Gym again as I can not leave my 10 year old home alone in storms. I am going to look for some type of excerse tape that I know I should have here.

Great job Diana! I came here this morning not wanting to put my weight out there to but we have to be brutally honest with ourselves if we want this change to occur. I ate great yesterday and was never once "struggling". I have to remember that most of this journey is mind over matter, I have always said that.
I am glad you realize that exercise does not have to happen in a gym.. you can do it anywhere anytime.. get those tapes or heck DANCE with your 10 year old... be silly, who cares! I will see ya tonight.. keep up the momentum and determination. My scale is always nicer when I am nicer to my body. Yours will be too.

Have a terrific day, I am off to the floral shop! Then I will either run here or go to the gym again. Husband is out of town playing softball games. I may just go another time to the gym.. it was so nice to go yesterday. Helps my stress, just wi**** wasn't 35 mins away.. takes a lot of committment.

Hi, Everyone... The CT scan with contrast of the abdomin and pelvis was taken on Monday. Well, no results yet from the Dr's office. They said that he'd call once he reviewed both tests (CT and Urine collection) info. I am a bit nervous; just hoping for "pretty good" news at this point. DH keeps telling me that it's probably just my body trying to stabilize after WLS.
As for weighing-in, the highest I've been in weeks is 134 LB; the lowest 128.5 LB.
After eating in the 1500-1600 cal range with night-to-dawn eating for the last 9 weeks, I weighed-in today at 129 LB.
The waiting is tough, but once I know what's going-on... hopefully only something minor... I am so doing whatever it takes to get healthy!
This is the week of "coming clean" about our upsets... ((((GroupHugs))))

Hi, I have crappy numbers too but they are headed in the right direction again at least. Lots of stress as usual, the window project isn't going very well and there has been some family stuff going on at the same time too which has complicated it. Blech! Sorry to hear you were't able to get to the gym becauseof the storms but hope that you did find your tape. I did a lot of house-cleaning today but it sure didn't count as anything aerobic.
