Accountability WEDNESDAY*
My yesterday was better than my Monday that is FOR sure.
I added these all up while on a conference call i am fairly sure they are correct
B: Protein Bar
S: 4oz Turkey
2oz RF cheese

S: 2 cc yogurts

Hi Diana! So far so good for me today. I had to work at the floral shop so distraction is always nice!
Food:
B: Chocolate protein in decaff coffee, 1 oz of soy milk and SF kahluah syrup, topped with FF whip.. YUM
L: Big Salad - 2 cups romaine, reduced fat feta, tomato, red onion/red pepper, cukes and 4 oz of grilled pork with FF italian dressing.
S: Achieve One Hazelnut
D: Cookies and Cream protein shake with 4 oz of choc hood calorie count down milk and decaff coffee with ice blended and topped with FF whip.
S: Atkins RTD Mocha Latte Shake
S: Arctic Frappacino protein shake with 4 oz of light vanilla soy milk and ice blended, topped with FF whip.
This protein train is going great so far! I love it, no hunger, but of course my protein is SKY high.. they say not to worry about it as long as you are drinking enough water..
Calories: 1063, Fat 32, Carbs 45, Fiber 7, Protein 147!
Exercise: Getting ready to go run outside, will do two miles running then pick up the mutt and walk another two prolli. He can't run with me.. minature doxie.. i end up dragging him lol.
Vitamins: Just have to take iron yet.
Water: Working towards 100 oz, so far maybe 64.. will get it in though.

Late morning started the Eats in delay mode all day. The Hot Cocoa was pretty decent for an inexpensive home version. I planned on more to eat a dinner, but was full faster than expected. The rest of the day was playing catch-up with fairly healthy snacks. All foods logged-in, 64 oz water, all supplements taken, no exercise (sleeping)
