Hi, mini me... Any news about on your back? I talked to a neighbor who has had some back problems and he said that he increased his regular walking at a slower pace. He swears that walking improved his disc problem and muscle strain, but that it took about 2 years to "feel" that improvement. Not moving around made him feel stiff. Well, I thought that I'd pass this general info on to you. I'll be looking for your update on what the Dr / Physical Therapist has to say... until then I hope that you feel better!
