Tornado in Iowa...

we were out of town without computer access and Melissa and Aaron were also first on my mind....

*Hugs* I am OK! Thanks for the love and concern! You guys are so kind! However, I have friends that were affected by the storms as does husband. It was a *VERY* emotional day for me yesterday. I ate terrible in response and no way I could go back and even log it.. it was horrible. So I apologize for not posting my accountability yesterday. If you would like to, please feel free Ro. I don't even want to know how much I crammed in my mouth And ya know what? My RNY lets me know how bad I am.. I had a terrible headache, stomach ache and low blood sugar and even mild dumping through the day.. tell me it was worth it.. HECK NO. So I have to back to basics today and up the protein and detox from the carbs... beck back up diet plan in full force this week lol! My plan is to do 3 shakes, 2 pumpkin protein pies and one meal a day that consists of meat and veggies/salad. It will be high in protein but I need to cut the "crap" out for a week then back to my more "balanced" diet like I was doing last week. Again, thanks for thinking of us. Keep praying for those affected, its a terrible tragedy for this very small community

Melissa..I am so happy you and your hubby are OK... Having a bad day of eating is nothing compared to what others are going through. I am a stress eater so I soooo understand. Praying for ALL your friends. HUGS Diana

Thanks Erin... it was a devastation to that small town it hit. Aaron's friend is still in the hospital but I think he will be ok. They weren't sure if he would keep his leg, looks like he might get to now.. whew.
