HI Melissa..I just ate part (ok, most) of a Breakfast burrito from McDonalds so my first thought was I am not doing today (Monday). THEN I read your Sunday and how even though you made a little OPPS you still went on with your day and faced it on paper. I NEED TO LEARN TO DO THIS BIG TIME!!! So Thank You, Thank You Thank You!!!! I will be post my Monday..Sausage Burito and ALL. Diana

Hi, Diana...At Support Group, people were talking about how to liven-up whatelse we could learn. Since our eating isn't as limited, the group was looking for what earlier pouch rules could be dropped and what had to remain. The main "don't drop" was drinking with straws. The group leaders said it was because of the extra air that would be inhaled, but I think that it was probably to keep us from drinking soda. As for the allowable changes, the focus was on allowing for the occasional larger meal or less healthy meal... whatever it is called... anyway... their advice was to enjoy that meal occasionally and restart moderate eating at the next meal. You are in good company with this topic... seems that it is are next big "step" after WLS. Other than the guilt, did the burito taste good? Ultimately, I hope to be able to go anywhere and eat "OK" and then move on later that day to "better" eats to complete the day. ((((Hugs)))) Ro PS... I was really touched about Sweet Maria... such as tragedy...they are in my prayers. Proud of your loving choice with your family.

It is so sad about the Chapmans. You want to have someone to be mad at when someone takes your child but when it is your own son to be it is a double tragedy. I feel so bad for there son as how do you ever get over something like that. I have read more blogs about people going to one of his concerts and then making the decision to adopt..He is the reason so many families are now families. The burito was not very good which is the worse part..It was a no one ate left over thing and I ate it. I should have stayed in bed a little longer and maybe it would have hit the trash or someone elses stomach

The Chapmans really have made an impact on a lot of the OH members alone. I can easily believe that their family inspired the increase in families. Such a positive life that they've made together. Some how I hope that they can find peace and that the son's life is not destroyed. So Sad. Thanks for the burito update... Ro
