I did take a small nibble of aaron's pot roast and I had a VERY small nibble of a rice krispie bar I made for aaron's team.. i counted it tho as best I could. A bit over on cals, but I did a lot of exercise today.

Exericse: Walked 2 miles around the lake near here with a friend of mine I got lunch with. Then husband and I walked around another lake for 3 miles.. so 5 miles walked plus lots of shopping so more miles there! Ran around doing many errands today and baked many things tonight.. so lots of movement!

Hi, Melissa! Checked for the nearest Green Mill Restaurant, which is in WI Great numbers on the Lemon Chicken and it sounds delicious! Since I've been checking the saturated fats (bummer), it has really put a damper on some of the foods that I like to eat... even in small amounts. In a pinch, I'd grab an Atkin's bar, but the sat. fats are around 4.5 out of the 10 that the Nut's Dietician suggested as a good goal range.
The shakes that you drink are so creative. When is the "book deal" going to be signed?
(This is really interesting to the lurkers... I'm sure!) Honestly, I have only had 3 shakes, since WLS and those were tasted too soon after surgery, when my taste buds were freaked-out. I took "shots" of Prostat-64 with my nose held back then.
As good as I am about no candy, soda, etc., I still manage a "pinch" of brownies. Beck would have a fit... I'd have to "count" it NOW!
A mid-night "everything bagel" stuck! This morning (Friday) I was "up" to 135 LB.
If the weight stays on, it is the only thing that's caused a change. Good thing to know. There goes the bagel industry! WLS patients will avoid bagels for sure!
Beautiful, sunny skies here until I was half way through my walk then it began to ran so I flew back to the house. Sounds like you had a very productive day; I'm aiming for that kind now!
CHEERS! TO US, MEL, FOR "SHOWING UP"...
XOXOXO
Ro
