*Accountability Monday*
Hi Gang! I am very excited to be doing these accountability posts! So lets keep it short and sweet and just get down to business..
Food:
B: 2 chocolate pumpkin protein muffins with 2 tbsp FF cream cheese/splenda/espresso "frosting" and squirt of FF rhedi whip to top it off on each.
S: 1 cup raw cauliflower with 2 tbsp of FF ranch
L: Arctic Frap Protein Shake with 8 oz of light vanilla soy milk and FF whip
S: 1 dannon fit and light yogurt with .5 oz slivered almonds and 10 blueberries
D: 2 cups romain, 1 spicy black bean burger diced up, red onion, 1 oz light monteray cheese, 2 tbs salsa, 1 tbs light sour cream
S: Chocolate/Oreo protein shake - Gourmey Whey with 1 cup chocolate calorie count down milk and FF whip.
Cals: 1178
Fats: 45
Carbs: 79
Fiber: 19
Protein: 122
Exercise: Going to run two miles soon as I get done here.
Water: So far 32 oz, got some more to go there.
Vitamins: All down except one dose of calcium and still need to take my iron/vitamin C tonight. 2 hours away from dairy foods/calcium supplements, tea or coffee (even decaff!)

(getting ready to go to watch DH first softball game - he is coaching the varsity girls softball team at the school this year, may rain. I will do the beck discussion later tonight, might be a little late, so look for it tomorrow!)

Dinner-Salad from Chuck E Cheese with FF catalina dressing
Snack- FF yogurt
I had a HARD time figuring out how to count the salad. I did get the Fat Free Dressing so I just kinda guessed in it.

Water- I know between water and sugar free lemonade I had more then 64oz.
Excerse-I did not get to the gym BUT I moved stuff at work today for 5 hours..AND I do mean moved stuff. We cleaned out the room I use and moved tables and room dividers, boxed books and walked a lot so I think I am OK today.
I know my carbs were higher then they should be BUT I still think it is pretty much of a OK day..much better then what I have been having.

DAY 1...
1) Log ALL your intake daily: Done
2) Get in at least 64 oz of water: 50 oz so far, but I'll get it all in.
3) Exercise 30 minutes daily: Wearing pedometer since 5PM; 1.88 mile (79 cals)
4) Take your vitamins, meds, each and every day! Done
5) Weigh-in Wednesday: Not thrilled to do this one! Still luv ya!
B: Babybel Light, 5 oat pretzels, 1/2 oz mixed nuts, banana, LS oatmeal
L: 3 1/5 oz turkey, 1/2 oz light mayo, slice whole wheat bread, 1/2 oz mix salad
D: 2 oz pork loin, 1 oz Stovetop stuffing, 1 oz mashed potatoes, 4 oz yams, 1 oz carrots, 1 1/2 oz green beans, 10 wheat pretzels
S: 3 oz grapes, light string cheese, 1 oz oat pretzels, mini popcorn, SF pudding
