Back On Track Starts *TODAY*
Hey Everyone!
Are ya ready to be accountable and regain the control you once had with your eating, exercising, water-drinking, and vitamin taking once again?
Then be on the lookout for daily accountability posts.
The header will be "Accountability Monday or Accountability Tuesday"
In this post I would like to include the following:
1) Diet for the day with calories eaten and at least protein count (for me its all categories broken down).
2) Exercise
3) Water Consumption
4) Vitamins
It's just a check system for us.
I have faith we call can do this. So far 2 choc/pumpkin protein muffins with "frosting" and whip.
