Ok, we all avoided the weekly weigh-in this week. (last week too???) I'm too tired and not feeling well to go back and check but thought that at least better late than never. Yesterday I had fairly good numbers for still trying to recover from TOM so here I go: HW: 268 SW: 230 LW: 140? 136? ??? CW: 134.8 Gonna count that as less than 135. Making progress getting back to my comfort weight but getting there....

You are too cute... Better Weight than never! CONGRATULATIONS on breaking through the 135 barrier that has held you captive! You know maybe this week... NEVER is a better idea! I'm outta here!!!! Ro

ugh.. i don't even wanna post.. im around 142-144 again. At my top end of the range, rather terrible. Tomorrow my husband said he would decarb with me. We are gonna go into an atkins thing for two weeks.. As much as I know its not probably the "best" way to lose weight.. we both could use a good cleansing of the carbs. Plus we can still eat good things out on the grill and eat low starch/carb veggies.. and eat out and still enjoy.. it will work well for us.. we both might be rather irritable this week as we enter into ketosis.. oh bring on the headaches, yucky breath and PMS mood swings together! once the first week is over it gets better.. then we will tweek it so we eat more healthy carbs.. we both wanna shed 10 lbs or so.. This will help I hope. (fingers crossed).. he is willing to support me.. im running with it. Tomorrow is crustless greek quiche for breakfast.. thats all I know so far. Gotta do 20 or less NET carbs a day for two weeks.. wish us luck!

Hi Guys, Been MIA but came here today because I miss being here. I will weigh in: HW: 241 SW: 233.6 (12/8/06) LW: 138.4 CW: 138.8 Hoping to get to 130 and stay there by the end of May.
