Hi, All... By now Erin should be drum-tight and well endowed & pain-free
Hope that everyone is doing well with their eats and moves. The stillness on our MB sends the message that we are either "in trouble" or "in trouble of disbanding" (say it ain't so) or just plain tied-up in the real world. Little kitty prayers go out to Molly's new "baby"... hope that the cotton balls worked!
Brief update...Nut's Dietician mentioned that fats should be about 38g/day with no more than 10g from sat. fat for their patients. SparkPeople can monitor the Fatty acids, total saturated (sat. fats) by adding it to your nutritional goals. FitDay may have the same feature. Saturated Fats Add-up Quickly!
It rained most of the day so no Moves on my end, but here are Eats:

Hi Ro! Sorry I missed this post but I didn't get most of my eats logged anyway. It was a busy day....8 hrs of moves at work and then racing home to get ready for more window estimates and then off to the ER with my family for my dad (who turned out to be ok, just kidney stones). Whatever I ate besides what I knew I planned to eat it was too many calories and prob. too much sodium because I woke up to a whopping gain on the scale today. So glad that Dad was ok...he's had kidney cancer in the past and we were so scared his symptoms were a recurrance. The man is NOT a good water drinker and he's had k. stones before so he should be chugging tha****er all the time.
Too much sodium and grazing again today (ugh...pretzel rods, why???) so I'll have a disappointing gain to report tomorrow. I'm trying to get it under control, really I am even though it doesn't look like it. My pms finally ended (YEAH!!!) so I have that monthly gain to deal with too. Unlike most ladies, I gain during that week and then it comes off the following week. Just so long as it DOES come off....
Looks like the kitty is going to be ok I think. He passed most of the glass but did a really scary thing today...he was really, really shaky before eating when I got home from work. Made me think of your little fella who has the diabetes. After this little guy ate...about 20 minutes, he was fine and no more shaking. Thank goodness the shaking stopped, I was afraid he had a fever from peritonitis or something awful. I think he was just too 'empty'. Turns out this is the first morning dh hasn't given the kittens any formula feedings and maybe his blood sugar just bottomed out. Dh figured they were doing well enough lapping up their chicken puree that they didn't need the formula. He'll be sure to give it to them tomorrow a.m. Both kittens have been playing just fine this evening, whew.
Thank you for the info from your nut. I've never seen the recommendation for the breakdown of where the fat grams should be and that is helpful.
Hope everything went well for Erin! Sending out big prayers!!!!

Hi, Mol... I missed your reply too! What is going on???
Your dad is in my prayers... Tell him "sip...sip...sip..." from me. Smooch!
The pretzels are addicting, but I need the crunch; sodium is a pain. Dry Mouth!
You really should just repost your "last weight" during this time of the month. It brings you "down" and there's no point to the repeated disappointment. Right?
If you haven't called the Vet to mention what happened and that he's recovering fairly well, you might want to before the weekend IF he's still "just not right". That way you'll have peace of mind...and the office will not be closed (Sunday). Just a thought.
