B12 (xpost)
Had some blood work done recently. I am very tired all the time. This weekend was baaadddd. I did not evey want to get off the couch. Everything came back "normal" but I was curious about my B12. I tested at 405 (normal is 211-946). I don't go back to see my surgeon until next Tuesday so I thought I would throw this out there for you all. Any nurses out there think this could be my fatigue problem? My iron and other labs were all good. In fact my labs look bettter now than before I had surgery! I just can't figure out why the fatigue.

Seems like a lot of OH members have commented on fatigue lately on other boards. Could it be the change in season... pollen? Or that Spring Cleaning ups are just one more burden?
I feel recharged when I spend about 15 minutes a day in the sun... and sneaking in a 20 minute nap helps too.
A few people complained about depression, but I think that general Spring time lightens up moods. It could be the dreaded Kid's Activity Schedule!!!
Those are my ideas... Does anything here help?
Glad that your Labs are good... You must be doing something Right!!!

When I think about it...I am not doing anything more than before. I spent the day in the sun Saturday and come Sunday I wanted to do absolutely nothing. I was worn out. worse than usual. I get tired mid-afternoon (no hopes for a nap at my desk though). By the time I get home from work I want to do nothing. I never had a problem with depression and I don't feel down, just worn out.
Thanks for the ideas...I am experimenting and started taking a B-complex and extra B-12 just to see. I'll give it a few more days. I go to see my surgeon on Tuesday next week so if nothing changes I'll see what he thinks.
