What did ya eat and how did ya move today (Tuesday)???

B: 1.5 scoops of nectar cappacino with 8 oz of light vanilla soy milk (sample from vitalady. YUM and no carbs or fat in that protein powder.. wow). S: SB high protein cinnamon raisin cereal bar and large SF, decaff white mocha latte with soy milk. Gym workout --> 3 miles on treadmill at 6mph, 10 mins of walking on incline of 15 at 3.8mph, 10 mins on elliptical on level 8, 1 hour of circuits and then ran into a friend who wanted to play raquetball, played for one hour. Was at the gym half the day but wow was that raquetball fun! S: After gym, EAS cafe caramel shake D: 1 cup romaine, 1/4 cup raw spinach, 3 slivers of green pepper, 3 slivers of red pepper, some red onion and 2 tbsp of light ranch, 1 tbsp of light french with 2 tbsp of "salad toppings" S: 1 cup SF jello with FF rhedi whip, 1/4 cup soy nuts S: 8 oz of light vanilla soy milk with 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder with SF chai syrup and ice blended, FF rhedi whip on top. Cals 1218, carbs 87, fiber 19, fats 43, protein 132

Don't have numbers for today but here's what I ate breakfast- bbq chix pizza lunch- bbq chix pizza snack- bbq chix pizza dinner- bbq chix pizza snack- grapes I've had a weird day...sue me. :P ok...so I didn't get much variety. the nutrition info on the pizza is roughly 300 cals per piece, 7 g fat per, 20g protein. I shudder to think about what the carbs were though. movement: FINALLY got out to walk. Walked a mile with Sydnie, Sammy, and Erik. Felt good. Wish I could have gone longer but Sydnie needed to eat!

EATS: After 3 days for pumping-up my Eats, I felt extended and packed. I returned to my regular eating yesterday to get a break and let my stomach rest. Moves: 1.4 mile walk... Doc's PA suggested 30-45 minute walks on alternate days, as I am restarting my exercise. 15-30 "reps" with hand weights (to a "rep goal" of 100). B: 1 oz Special K Protein Plus Cereal, NF yogurt, 3 oz strawberries, 4.5 oz artichoke L: 2 oz chicken, 1 oz brown rice, 1 oz roasted pepper, 1 oz mushrooms in oil and butter, 2 oz zucchini & carrots, chickpeas with Wishbone Asian spray, 1/2 oz 2% cheddar, 2 pumperknickel pretzels D: 2 oz chicken, 1/2 oz pumpkin seeds and sesame sticks, 1 oz brown rice, 1 oz zucchini & carrots, spring salad (with veggies & chickpeas) S: NF yogurt, 1 oz 2% cheddar, 1 pumperknickel pretzel, SF pudding, 1 mini popcorn, LS instant oatmeal Cals: 1127, Fats: 31, Carbs: 169, Protein: 70
