Plastics date this month!!

Hi all, almost 3000 lbs, I put my post in there only 20 lbs to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Anyway I wanted to let everyone know that I moved my surgery date up to the 28th of this month, it's a monday and I will be staying the night at the hospital. I figured I don't want to start a new job then have to take 2 weeks off the end of june. So 2 weeks....so thrilled. I will take before and after pics, don't think I'll post em but I'll email them. So excited my friends!!!!! Take care, Erin

Hey, Erin... Fantastic on the PS news!!!! Also you've encouraged me to get my muscles in shape, after reading that yours are nice and tight. It hit me that the results will be much better so I'm putting in the effort to firm-up. SOOOO Excited for YOU! XOXOXO Ro WooHoo... for the Adding Up contribution!!!!

Hey Ro, thank you I am excited too!!! A little scared of the post op pain, some anexiety there for sure... I thought I posted a reply to you didn't see it. I put 2 new pics of my hard work to inspire you more. Kinda eye opening seeing it on a picture and damn I need a tan!!! HAHAHAA Love ya, Erin

Hi Amy, I work out 4 x a week, weight lifting only....I was so weak when I first started out. I was using 5lb dumbells, now I can lift 20lb ers. I also use the circut machines. I read a book by Jim Karas called cardio free diet and it actually made a lot of sense. He suggests heavy lifting(without injuring yourself) and little reps. It works. But I feel like I am getting a little bulky so I am going to stay where I am as far as wts. I work out my upper one day then lower the next. I don't do cardio cuz it wears me out. However I am going to have to do some after my surgery bc it will be awhile untill I can lift again and I don't want my muscle turning to fat. Have a great day!!! Erin

Erin...your pics are GREAT!! What an inspiration!! Thanks for the well wishes. Actually, I already delivered. March 9th...little girl. We named her Sydnie Claire. There's pics of her a few posts down if you want to take a peek at her. Her "birth" pics are on my profile.

Well I have been out in left field!! Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So happy for you honey. I will look right now at her pictures. How are you doing emotionaly? I know the post baby blues can be hard. I've been going through alot lately, but am very happy at the moment. Congrats again, what joy a little girl!!!! Hugs, Erin
