Good evening! Did you have a nice weekend and get rested up for the coming week? How were your eats and did you get in any exercise? We had a lovely warm, sunny weekend and I worked my fanny off in the backyard. Also made time to do the usual mom stuff in the house and still got to sit outside in the sun for a bit of Vit. D therapy. Yup, that's what we're calling it now...not sunbathing. hahaha My eats are a little low because my chicken got stuck at lunch and it took hours and hours to get it free so it helped me keep food out of my mouth. 1) 1 whole wheat oat pumpkin muffin, 1 serv. egg beaters, 1 cup strawberries 2) 4 oz. chicken, 2 T ff ranch dressing, 1/2 muffin (maybe half...the rest came up) 3) strawberry, cereal, yogurt parfait (yum!) 1/2 cup 0% fage, 1/2 cup kashi go lean, 1/2 cup strawberries 4) 1 sf. fudgesicle 5) 1/2 serving chicken broccoli casserole, 1/2 cup nsa ice cream calories: 737 carbs: 101 fats: 13 protein: 65 fiber: 30 food plus supps.

Isn't there anything that can be done to get dry chicken un-stuck? I usually end up in the bathroom, turning pasty white, until it "ejects". Sometimes I've drank water to make that happen, but usually the "un-natural foamies and slimes" get it done. I also have a big problem with ham and cod. I only eat a bite of ham, if at all. Cod is added to Healthy Choice New England Clam Chowder. I eat really moist chicken or add a gravy or salad dressing, but it changes the taste a lot. Vit. D therapy is a great idea. I try to get my Vit D with about 15 mins of sun without SPF. I heard that 60% of the skin's receptors need to be exposed to get enough Vit D. I'll do my best, but I can't handle the cold now... half naked... HeHe Pat... Pat... Pat on the back... I finally walked! Hey, it's a beginning!
