Not to bad. Not eating like I should but have not found the motivation to correct it yet. I have a question for you. Is Shawnee your real name? My daughter is named Shauni, pronuced the way you spell your handle, so I was just curious if it was the same. Not to may Shauni's in the world!

Just so you know...you're not the only one NOT motivated. Depression can do that to you, but I'm sure you already know THAT. I WISH Shawnee was my name...but it's just Shawn. I always hated it because people always expect a boy/man. I guess I'm over it now. Shauni is a LOVELY name!! How lucky!! My family calls me Shawnee though.
