What did ya eat and how did ya move today? (thursday)
Lets be accountable everyone!!!
B: 2 protein pumpkin muffins plain
S: 2 SF jello = 1 cup
L: 1 cup carb/calorie countdown Hood 2% milk and 1 scoop choc protein powder, with decaff instant coffee, kahluah SF blended with ice, topped with FF whip and small drizzle of SF choc syrup
S: Achieve One Hazelnut flavor (these are good but not worth the hype and not as good as my cafe caramel EAS!)
D: 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1/2 avocado, red/green pepper strips, cauliflower, red onion and 2 tbsp fos salad toppings with 2 tbs of light ranch dressing.
S: Chocolate 100 calorie vitamuffin and homeade SF latte using 1 cup light vanilla soy milk.
S: Cafe Caramel EAS Shake
Cals 1144, carbs 79, fiber 16 (plus 4 in supplements), fats 45, protein 120.
Run three miles on the treadmill - icky outside!

Do you really want to know what I had today?......I am ashamed but here it goes:
B-SF, NF homemade caramel latte
1 over easy egg
1 sl bread with SF Passion fruit mermelade
S-Atkins bar with 2 flaxseed cookies
L-1 lightcheese stick
1 sl american cheese
1 little can of smoked viena sausages
1 small bag of ruffles' chips
S-SF, NF cappuccino
1 TBS peanut butter
D-pork steak, 1/2 tablespoon rice and 1 tbls black beans.
S-SF, NF homemade caramel latte with 2 flaxseed cokies.
.......OH my.....I just realized that I eat like there is no tomorrow ......thanks goodness I do not put this into fitday/sparkpeople b/c it would explode.
Bad day for accountability for me, but I'm going to do much better tomorrow. This week I haven't slept much each night and the exhaustion has me so snacky and hungry on top of it being pms time again too. Am trying to take an extra magnesium to see if that will help some. Had a lot of snacking today and stuff that was too high in calories. It was another 8 hr. day on my feet working hard so at least I know I got in great moves today.

Out of all this hideousness are a few good things: I got rid of the granola! It is now on it's way to my daughter's house. Whew! I vary rarely eat popcorn anymore so there are only a few more pouches of it in the cupboard and then I'll think long and hard about replacing it. The cc pancake breakky at work was an experiment...it made me feel so good after eating it that I think I'll try it again but I have to budget the calories a lot more carefully. There was just too many other things that I ate in the morning, I've got to be more thoughtful about planning for these heavy days at work. I can do it, it is just going to take time to put my mind to it since it is so important. And finally, can't do double latte's in the same day. That is too much soy for one thing and for another that's too many 'treats' and I want them to be a special morning treat for me while it is still cold. When it is warmer, I'll switch back to protein shakes in the a.m.
